The purpose of the Council Rock Band Parent Association- South Service Scholarship is to provide a one-time scholarship of $500 to a student pursuing an undergraduate degree at a college or university. It is the intent of CRBPAS to award a competitive, non-need-based scholarship annually. We encourage all of our Seniors to apply
